How to apply
Apply online from your phone or computer. You do not need to come to the office, and we do not accept paper applications. You can save your application and finish it later.
When we send the application
- Check first. Use Do I qualify? and leave your name, email and cell phone. That puts you in our leasing system.
- Look at the home. Video, Street View, a drive-by, or an open house.
- Tell us you want to apply. Choose “I’m ready to apply” in Do I qualify?, or text (504) 252-0853: “APPLY” and the address.
- We text and email you the right application for that home, with the links you need.
Which application?
| Home | What we send you |

| Market Rate or Co-Living, no voucher | The AppFolio Residential application only |
Documents to upload
Take a clear photo of each document — all four corners showing, nothing cut off, easy to read — and upload it in the application.

Good to know
- Every adult must fill out and sign an application.
- Names, dates of birth and Social Security numbers must match on the application and on every document.
- The application fee is $50, paid online in the application. It is not refundable.
- Your application is not complete until the fee is paid, every form is finished and every document is uploaded.
- We run credit and background checks on every adult applicant.
- We do not hold homes. Until your application is complete, other people can apply, and the home goes to the first complete, eligible application.

If a disability makes it hard for you to apply online or come at those times, ask for a reasonable accommodation (see below) and we will set up another way to help, including filling in the application with you.
