Available homes

These are the homes available right now. When a home is leased, it comes off this list.

1. Look first. Watch the video tour, check the home and the block on Google Street View, and drive by if you can.
2. See if you may qualify. Do I qualify? asks how many people, whether you have a voucher, and your income. We do the math. About two minutes, no fee.
3. Tell us you are interested. Leave your name, email and cell phone. We reply by text or email, and you can book a spot at an open house.
4. Apply when you are ready. When you tell us you want to apply, we text and email you the right application. The $50 application fee is not refundable.

Open houses

Want to see a home in person? After you have watched the video and looked at the street view, book a spot at an open house. Open houses are held at the home at set times. They are for seeing the home — not for help with an application.

How the rent works

Type of home	What the listed rent means
Market Rate	The rent shown is the rent. Household income should be at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Rent Restricted	These homes were built or renovated with affordable-housing funding, so they have income limits. Your household’s total income must be at or below the limit for your household size. Without a voucher, income must also be at least 3 times the rent. Do I qualify? checks this for you.
You have a Housing Choice Voucher	Voucher holders are welcome to apply for any home that fits the bedroom size on your voucher. Your housing authority approves the rent, and your share is based on your income. Income limits on Rent Restricted homes still apply.
Project Based	The rental help is attached to the apartment. These homes are filled only from the HANO waitlist, and rent is based on income.
